Dr Anne Squire’s work history & experience
After graduating with Honours from Leicester University Medical School in 1983, Dr Squire undertook GP training in both the UK and the USA, working in the Midlands and at the University of Columbia. She excelled quickly and was thrilled
to become Chief Resident in her final year of American training, a post which had both teaching and administrative responsibilities.
After returning to the UK to complete her British GP training Dr Squire worked as a full time NHS GP in Norwich for five years, before progressing on to an NHS GP Practice in Chelmsford, where she became Postgraduate GP tutor for Mid-Essex. A dedicated and talented GP, Dr Squire has also served as the Chair of the Essex Faculty of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
After 14 years as an NHS GP Dr Squire became frustrated with the short appointment times and over-stretched resources of the NHS. So she joined forces with Dr Sibel Peck to set up set up her own medical practice where she would be able to deliver the high standard of care she thought her patients deserved.
